Parties

If you share personal data with any legal party then that needs to be disclosed to your data subjects. You need to define all the parties involved in date processes in order to map them to your data processing purposes.

A party is an entity that may have different roles depending on the processing purpose:

  • recipient of data
  • processor of data
  • sub-processor of data
  • controller of data
  • owner of data

Create a party entity

Creates a party that can be referenced in purposes

POST /privacy/v2/projects/{project_id}/configurations/parties

Update a party entity

Update a specific party object

PUT /privacy/v2/projects/{project_id}/parties/{party_id}

Delete a party entity

Delete a party
